Our Story

Thrive Collective began as Cordova Consulting, founded by Kimberly Burk Cordova—a business strategist, leadership expert, and author with more than 30 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, public service, and entrepreneurship.

Recognizing a need for a more integrated, future-ready platform, Kimberly evolved the brand into Thrive Collective: a space where publishing, education, and creative innovation converge to serve today’s changemakers.
