Returns

We currently handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you received a product that was damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out within 14 days of delivery at KBCord@ThriveCollectiveHQ.com. We’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed but may be offered depending on the situation. We evaluate each request individually and may provide a replacement item, store credit, or a refund at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method and typically processes within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, we’ll provide you with instructions. In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.
